I'm a Design Director at SmartBear, leading a multidisciplinary organisation across Product Design, User Research and Technical Writing. I partner with Product and Engineering on strategy, develop managers, and build the shared practices and systems that help teams deliver consistent, considered experiences.

Before SmartBear, I was UX and Design Lead at Novia Financial, Head of Design and UX at The Virtual Forge, and a Senior Visual Designer at Nokia Music.
